West Cape | spiritofadventure

We drove out of there and stayed in a Provincial Park at West Point. Cedar Dunes. Decent spot to overnight. Took a site right on the water with basically our own entrance to the beach. Mosquito’s are coming alive up here already! A wooded site here would have been unbearable. The Ocean site was bad enough at early afternoon. WOW!

East side of the Island is mostly potato farms. Middle is mostly dairy. You know by the smell when it changes.. LOL! All the terrain is fairly level (well, compared to Nova Scotia anyway). Green grass lands, if not plowed and seeded. Coastline is awesome and worth traveling the roads to keep you there. Many harbors and fishing towns as well as farmlands to pass through. Take your time and enjoy what’s here.
